I’ll undertake a free audit at the beginning of working together to identify any work necessary to provide the best foundation for the support plan. You will be given a special rate for any work needed prior to the commencement of your plan.

WordPress, the plugins, and the themes need updating on a regular basis. The frequency depends on the specific set up and what you’ve got installed / custom coded but for most instances it’s recommended to do at minimum monthly.
If you don’t do it and it all becomes severely outdated, your website becomes really vulnerable to glitches and hacks.
It’s really easy to postpone and ignore doing the updates but the effects can be catastrophic and can be quite expensive to fix later down the line.

Yep absolutely! The updating of the websites themselves isn’t technically difficult, it’s about knowing what to do if something goes awry. The plan is peace of mind that won’t happen and you don’t even have to think about it, it just magically updates and any issues are fixed!
I’ll investigate and fix update-related issues as part of your monthly plan.
If in the exceptionally rare instance the problem turns out to be caused by something larger, such as major custom development issues or hosting/server problems, I’ll explain the issue clearly and advise on next steps.

If you would like to sign up again and you’ve not done any updates or maintenance for 2 months or longer, a one off fee may apply depending on the circumstances and condition of the website.
Yep, if changes to your website fall outside the 5 small amendments included each month, additional work can be quoted at a discounted price.
